  • 1/2 c. Mezzetta® Roasted Sweet Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, large, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp. green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 c. half and half
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth; season to taste with salt and pepper.
