- 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti or rice noodles
- 1/4 c. Kona Coast® (Island or Spicy Teriyaki)
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. Mezzetta® California Habanero hot sauce
- 2 tps. dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp. Mezzetta® Crushed Garlic
- 1 lb. peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 4 c. snow peas
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 c. chopped dry-roasted peanuts
- 4 lime wedges (1 whole lime)

preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Combine teriyaki sauce, hot water, peanut butter, and hot sauce, stir with a whisk.
Heat the sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic, and sauté 1 minute.
Add shrimp and snow peas; sauté for 2 minutes or until shrimp are almost done.
Add teriyaki sauce mixture, and cook for 2 more minutes or until sauce thickens.
Add pasta and snow peas; cook for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring well.
Garnish with cilantro and peanuts. Serve with a lime wedge.
